  • We are looking for an Architect with experience in developing executive architectural drawings and coordinating technical disciplines.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

    • Age: 25 years and older.

    • Gender: Any.

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in development of architectural drawings, coordination with engineering and technical disciplines (structures, installations, etc.).

    • Based in Mexico City

    Knowledge and Software

    • Required: Advanced AutoCAD.

    • Preferred: Revit and BIM methodologies.

    • Preferred: Experience with Procore.

    • 3D Modeling: Rhino, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.

    • Rendering: V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, or equivalent.

    • Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

    • Microsoft Office.

    Activities and Skills

    • Development of complete executive drawings, including construction details and coordinated sheets.

    • Coordination with engineering teams (structural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc.), ensuring compatibility across disciplines.

    • Interpretation of technical drawings and local regulations.

    • Version control and management of deliverables for clients, construction, and authorities.

    • Integration of technical and construction criteria into executive projects.

    • Compliance with schedules and efficient organization.

    • Attention to detail and technical rigor in graphic documentation.

    • Effective communication with project leaders, engineers, and contractors.

    • (Preferred) Participation in site visits for supervision and follow-up.

    • Advanced 3D modeling, environment creation, and visualizations.

    • Production of photorealistic images and animations.

    • Application of textures, lighting, and visual effects to enhance renderings.

Interships

Internships have a minimum duration of six months, ensuring that participants are meaningfully engaged in both the creative and technical processes of the studio. Specific responsibilities are determined after the application process, as they depend on each candidate’s background, skills, and experience.   • Contribute to the creative process of ongoing projects by supporting concept development, diagramming, model-making, and early design presentations. This role involves close collaboration with the design team to translate ideas into compelling architectural proposals.

  • Work alongside project architects in the preparation of technical drawings, construction documentation, and coordination with consultants. The role emphasizes precision, technical understanding, and attention to detail in the development of architectural projects.

  • Enhance the representation of projects through high-quality renderings, 3D models, and graphic presentations. This position is focused on crafting powerful visual narratives that communicate design intent both internally and to clients.

  • Support the studio’s design innovation by conducting research on architectural precedents, materials, technologies, and theoretical frameworks. The role involves producing analytical diagrams, reports, and presentations that inform and enrich project development.

  • Participate in the design and analysis of large-scale projects such as masterplans, campuses, and public spaces. Responsibilities include mapping, data analysis, and the production of diagrams and visual material to support strategic urban design proposals.

  • Bring design concepts to life through physical models and prototypes. This role involves working with both digital fabrication tools (3D printing, laser cutting, CNC) and traditional craft methods to produce detailed, high-quality representations of projects.

  • Gain direct exposure to the construction process by supporting project teams during site visits and coordination meetings. Responsibilities include documenting progress, assisting with technical observations, and contributing to the interface between design and construction.

  • Contribute to the integration of sustainable design strategies in projects. The role involves research and analysis of materials, energy modeling, daylight studies, and the application of environmental design tools to enhance project performance.

  • Item Support the studio’s external presence through portfolio development, competition submissions, publications, and digital content. This role emphasizes graphic design, photography, and storytelling to communicate the firm’s work to a broader audience.
