The Project Architect is responsible for the comprehensive development of architectural projects, from conceptual design through construction documentation and on-site supervision. Job Title: Project Architect

Develop and coordinate architectural projects from concept through execution, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and applicable regulations
Produce architectural drawings, renderings, 3D models, and complete technical documentation for client and authority submissions

The BIM Modeler is responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date BIM models, ensuring technical precision and seamless coordination across all project disciplines. This role translates architectural design concepts into intelligent digital models that integrate geometry, technical data, and construction specifications. The BIM Modeler plays a key role in enabling interdisciplinary collaboration, identifying clashes, and optimizing design and construction workflows through BIM technologies.
General Objectives

Model building elements at the appropriate Level of Development (LOD 100–400) per project phase
Coordinate architectural models with other disciplines (Structure, MEP, Landscape, Lighting, etc.)
Perform clash detection and coordination analyses using specialized tools
Produce technical documentation from the model: plans, sections, elevations, and construction details
Generate quantity takeoffs, schedules, element catalogs, and technical specifications from BIM models
Maintain and update models with revisions and changes throughout all project phases
Collaborate with the design team to resolve technical issues and propose constructability solutions
Organize and structure model information using classification systems (Uniformat, MasterFormat, etc.)
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and present modeling progress
Create custom parametric families and components as required
Manage linked files, point clouds, and external references within the BIM environment

This role acts as the central link between multidisciplinary teams, ensuring consistency, quality, and coordination of federated models. Combining strong technical modeling knowledge with management and leadership skills, the BIM Coordinator establishes workflows and protocols, resolves interdisciplinary conflicts, and ensures efficient information exchange among all project stakeholders. This position is essential to maximizing the benefits of collaborative BIM processes and delivering well-coordinated projects.
