  • The Project Architect is responsible for the comprehensive development of architectural projects, from conceptual design through construction documentation and on-site supervision. This role requires close coordination with multidisciplinary teams, full management of technical documentation, and effective communication with clients and authorities. The Project Architect ensures compliance with applicable regulations, integrates sustainable design strategies, and maintains quality across all project phases.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and coordinate architectural projects from concept through execution, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and applicable regulations

    • Produce architectural drawings, renderings, 3D models, and complete technical documentation for client and authority submissions

  • The BIM Modeler is responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date BIM models, ensuring technical precision and seamless coordination across all project disciplines. This role translates architectural design concepts into intelligent digital models that integrate geometry, technical data, and construction specifications. The BIM Modeler plays a key role in enabling interdisciplinary collaboration, identifying clashes, and optimizing design and construction workflows through BIM technologies.

    • Coordinate architectural models with other disciplines (Structure, MEP, Landscape, Lighting, etc.)

    • Perform clash detection and coordination analyses using specialized tools

    • Produce technical documentation from the model: plans, sections, elevations, and construction details

    • Generate quantity takeoffs, schedules, element catalogs, and technical specifications from BIM models

    • Maintain and update models with revisions and changes throughout all project phases

    • Collaborate with the design team to resolve technical issues and propose constructability solutions

    • Organize and structure model information using classification systems (Uniformat, MasterFormat, etc.)

    • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and present modeling progress

    • Create custom parametric families and components as required

Interships

Internships have a minimum duration of six months, ensuring that participants are meaningfully engaged in both the creative and technical processes of the studio. Specific responsibilities are determined after the application process, as they depend on each candidate’s background, skills, and experience. Accommodation may be offered depending on individual circumstances, and hybrid or remote formats can also be considered.

  • Contribute to the creative process of ongoing projects by supporting concept development, diagramming, model-making, and early design presentations. This role involves close collaboration with the design team to translate ideas into compelling architectural proposals.

  • Work alongside project architects in the preparation of technical drawings, construction documentation, and coordination with consultants. The role emphasizes precision, technical understanding, and attention to detail in the development of architectural projects.

  • Enhance the representation of projects through high-quality renderings, 3D models, and graphic presentations. This position is focused on crafting powerful visual narratives that communicate design intent both internally and to clients.

  • Support the studio’s design innovation by conducting research on architectural precedents, materials, technologies, and theoretical frameworks. The role involves producing analytical diagrams, reports, and presentations that inform and enrich project development.

  • Participate in the design and analysis of large-scale projects such as masterplans, campuses, and public spaces. Responsibilities include mapping, data analysis, and the production of diagrams and visual material to support strategic urban design proposals.

  • Bring design concepts to life through physical models and prototypes. This role involves working with both digital fabrication tools (3D printing, laser cutting, CNC) and traditional craft methods to produce detailed, high-quality representations of projects.

  • Gain direct exposure to the construction process by supporting project teams during site visits and coordination meetings. Responsibilities include documenting progress, assisting with technical observations, and contributing to the interface between design and construction.
