This is a LEED-certified project aiming to save up to 50% of electrical energy and 40% in water consumption. Caja Popular, a saving bank, decided to do a tender to design a building to accommodate all their labor in one single building. The competition was won, proposing innovative environmental standards, a 3 stage construction with a design that encourages collaborative work.

The 3 level building surrounds a circular savage garden,  using the triangle as a reference to the Caja Popular logo of a tree. The use of generous stairs provokes casual encounters between workers to encourage the community. The gold leed certified building was an inspiration for surrounding buildings and praised by Guanajuato's governor.
