Context
The Hyatt Regency Hotel in Polanco, part of the Hyatt Hotel Group, embarked on a comprehensive remodeling initiative across its key properties. The project includes updates to guest rooms, common areas, and amenities, aiming to elevate the overall hospitality experience.
Despite the challenges posed by the 2020 pandemic, the project was carefully managed and supervised to ensure continuity and quality, with completion anticipated by June 2021.
Design Principles
The remodeling prioritizes comfort, functionality, and aesthetics, creating spaces that are both inviting and efficient. Upgrades to finishes, lighting, and furniture enhance the sensory and practical experience for guests, ensuring that every area meets the high standards of a luxury hotel.
The design approach emphasizes spacious, well-organized layouts that support guest well-being, while careful supervision and coordination guarantee the project’s success even under complex logistical conditions.
