This project is a mixed-use complex made up of apartments, a hotel area, a shopping area, boutique offices, a convention center | cultural center and underground parking, in addition to extensive and diverse amenities that provide a unique and innovative concept of hospitality and functionality in the city of Chihuahua.

The property is based on a "post covid" concept that focuses its design on well-being. It prioritizes natural ventilation, lighting and wide spaces. Adapting to the new dynamics and lifestyle of today's society. Exclusive apartments and Penthouse, as well as some suites.

The sky-gym that is contemplated offers a unique view of the city and its surroundings. It has more than 3,000 m² of amenities that complement the project.
