Hotel Emporio Veracruz

High hospitality requirements, as well as maintenance ones, due to the high corrosion of the port, were imbedded in all the design process. A hotel that has continuously modified through the years required a restructure and design uplift. The design envisions Veracruz's cultural connections, Cuba and Miami, white open spaces, clean lines, and natural materials used to achieve this. Front of house areas was redesigned, taking into consideration the port's 360 spectacular views and protecting from the north winds. Complex back of house areas was adjusted such optimal flows of work and service to the guest could be achieved.
