Casa Toluca is the combination of maximum comfort due to the extreme conditions of the site and the utmost respect to the surrounding forest. The house is located at the limit of permissible building code with high environmental standards: solar panels, solar heaters, rainwater collection, water reuse, water infiltration, waste management, close envelope, and reduction of energy consumption. The result is a minimal high-end building.  360-degree views allow us to live in the exterior with the commodities of the interiors. Several systems were designed: the green roof, the green walls that filter the rainwater, the 14 meters long sliding window, and the light structure are only some of the bespoke solutions of this design.
