MCXA design proposal represents the typology of a specialized and complex buildings that must combine the best international experience with local knowledge. We understand the city needs on having a design proposal that follows their 2050 master plan, as well a team that can attend and coordinate the city needs.

 For this we gathered a group of local and international experts from several disciplines that complement the overall design in an effort to create this unique project and to contribute to the quality. Having developed several projects together around the world, with proven experience working together and seamlessly providing coordinated solutions in a short time is proof of the integration between all team members.

 The buildings will be a world-leading example of passive design, advanced technology and self-sufficiency the project will target energy and water sustainability as well as zero waste through financially viable initiatives. The buildings will be resilient against environmental changes, reducing its operational cost and integrating technologies to reduce energy consumption.
