The result is the dialogue between the different volumes and the garden. Continuous views, separated by different window rhythms bring light and warmth to the interior. An existing house designed by the recognized architect Manuel Parra was found in poor conditions and needed to be remodeled. The works on the current construction were managed almost archeologically, looking to preserve the architect's original intentions. The new structure, on the other hand, was designed to contrast with light and warm materials. An opened kitchen is the center of the project, where the daily activities happen. The owners were in a rush to move in, so the design and the construction were done in just six weeks.
